SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW
Thank you for shopping with Pain Train Salsa! We take pride in carefully preparing and shipping our salsa so it arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping is free.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States.

PERISHABLE PRODUCT NOTICE
Our salsa is a perishable food product. While we take care to package items securely, we recommend:

  • Bringing packages indoors promptly upon delivery

  • Refrigerating products after opening (or upon arrival if required)

We are not responsible for spoilage due to delayed retrieval of packages after delivery.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at paintrainsalsa@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at paintrainsalsa@gmail.com, and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.

SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
